Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Irvine, CA is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will clean guest rooms and public spaces to brand standards, assist with laundry when needed, and ensure guest satisfaction through attention to detail.

The role requires reliability, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and availability mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred and English fluency helps communication with guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience in the extended stay industry preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to established standards.
• Assist with laundry when assigned, monitor supplies and equipment.
• Respond to guest requests and report issues for timely resolution.
• Notify supervisor when service is completed and rooms are ready for occupancy.
• Promote teamwork and maintain safety and cleanliness across shifts.
