GOLDEN HOTELS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP in Irvine, CA is seeking a reliable Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms. You will attend to towels, beds, bathrooms, and room stock with integrity and attention to detail to ensure guests return.

You will follow safety rules, respond to guest requests professionally, and help sustain our high standards of cleanliness. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and the role offers a fast-paced, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or room attendant preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality.
• Good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Able to be on your feet all day with light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, replacing towels.
• Carefully inspect rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards.
• Report any damages to the rooms.
• Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations.
