This position is based at the Monterey Beach Hotel and supports daily housekeeping operations. Responsibilities include restocking carts, reporting maintenance needs, and adhering to safety guidelines while upholding brand standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, or hotel-related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare cleaning supplies and linen for housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
