Highgate Hotels in Monterey, CA is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and inviting guest rooms and corridors, ensuring attention to detail and a high standard of hospitality. This on-site position requires physical stamina, reliable teamwork, and a courteous, service-oriented attitude to meet guest needs.

You will clean guestrooms to brand standards, restock supplies, handle lost and found according to policy, and report maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests and colleagues is essential.
• Good physical stamina to lift, bend, reach, and stand during shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare room supplies and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles and report missing items to Supervisor.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
