Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant at our Chandler, AZ location. The role focuses on maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while delivering attentive, courteous service to all guests.

You will perform standard cleaning tasks, prep supplies, and ensure carts are stocked for the next day. The position requires physical stamina to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively with team members and guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to stand during shift and lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties including supplies and linen for housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock cart and replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items and maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.
