Job summary

HCW Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in our Chandler, AZ hotel. You will service guest rooms daily, stock carts with supplies, and replace bed linens while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include deep cleaning tasks when needed, communicating with guests and team members, and reporting any maintenance issues to ensure a welcoming, comfortable environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
• Maintain your housekeeping cart with the necessary supplies, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms or public areas.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed, including furniture moving, carpet cleaning, and more.
• Provide a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests, addressing any requests promptly.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
