Job summary

You will Thoroughly clean rooms per standards, restock supplies, assist with cart setup, report maintenance needs, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires physical endurance and good communication, with previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Remove trash and soiled linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways and public areas.
• Restock cleaning cart for next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles and report missing items.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
