Job summary

Azul Hospitality's Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel in Dallas, TX seeks a flexible valet attendant. You will greet guests, escort them to rooms, assist with luggage, and maintain a polished valet area.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2-4 years of valet experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and communication skills. Shifts are full‑time or part‑time with standard hotel hours.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• 2-4 years' Valet experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and meet company insurance requirements for operation of motorized or electrical vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inform guests of safety features and promote hotel services.
• Store guest luggage and assist with loading/unloading.
• Call taxi for guests as requested.
• Prepare and maintain tour and delivery paperwork; supervise baggage transfers and amenity deliveries.
• Maintain the check-in station for appearance and efficiency.
• Assist other departments with transporting boxes and supplies.
• Promote a positive working environment and follow handbook guidelines.
• Complete daily tasks including valet stand, driveway, bell carts, and surrounding areas.
