Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole seeks a dedicated housekeeping associate to clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to brand standards. You will perform detailed self-inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure rooms are impeccably presented for guest arrival.

The role requires flexible hours, basic English, and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior hotel housekeeping or QA experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a luxury property.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to identify quality deficiencies.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic level of English is required.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience with quality assurance or self-inspection responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.
• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Conduct self-inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and functionality before guest occupancy.
• Identify and report maintenance issues and safety hazards to ensure a safe guest environment.
• Maintain items properly stocked and presented through room inspections.
• Support training and mentoring of team members in cleaning techniques and self-inspection processes.
• Document room status updates and inventory needs using hotel systems.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors, Front Desk, and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness.
• Uphold accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement in room quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas in accordance with hotel standards and brand expectations.
• Conduct detailed self-inspections of completed rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and functionality meet quality requirements before releasing rooms for guest occupancy.
• Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance issues, safety hazards, and equipment deficiencies to ensure a safe and comfortable guest environment.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail when inspecting room amenities, linens, furnishings, and guest supplies to ensure all items are properly stocked and presented.
• Consistently achieve and maintain high quality scores during internal audits, management inspections, and brand evaluations.
• Utilize established inspection checklists and operational procedures to verify compliance with housekeeping standards and cleanliness protocols.
• Support the training and mentoring of team members by demonstrating best practices in cleaning techniques, room presentation, and self-inspection processes.
• Accurately document room status updates, inspection results, maintenance requests, and inventory needs using hotel systems and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors, Front Desk, and Engineering teams to ensure timely room readiness and outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement by taking ownership of room quality and proactively correcting deficiencies before guest arrival

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to identify quality deficiencies.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic level of English is required.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience with quality assurance or self-inspection responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.
• Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.
• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
