Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have excellent customer relations skills.
• Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Knowledgeable about Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the restaurant entrance and welcome all hotel guests and customers.
• Escort guests to their tables and present the menu.
• Communicate with the wait staff and other restaurant personnel to ensure the guests' experience meets company standards.
• Refill beverages, set tables, and clean eating/serving areas.
• Assist with downtime duties such as rolling silverware, expediting food orders, To-go prep, and filling table condiments.
• Perform all other duties as directed by management.
