Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Minnesota is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales, and assist with basic bowling instruction. You’ll operate the POS, central panel, and PA system in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Requirements include a HS Diploma or equivalent, strong phone etiquette, and prior hospitality or school/work success. Must be at least 18 to comply with state alcohol service rules. Benefits include bowling perks and discounts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
