Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Brooklyn Park, MN is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to be the friendly first contact for guests and to ring up sales at the counter. You will manage the waitlist and help set up lanes and equipment for league play.

The role requires a HS diploma or hospitality experience, excellent telephone etiquette, and the ability to meet state alcohol-age requirements. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone and manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and equipment
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter
• Notify mechanics of equipment malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
