Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Bloomington, MN is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and ring sales at the counter.

You will track lane availability, prepare for leagues, assist with basic bowling instruction, and operate the POS system, central panel, and PA system in a lively entertainment environment. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, including discounts on food, drinks, events, and free bowling.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
