Job summary

Gravity Haus is seeking a Host for Slope Room to greet guests and manage seating, creating a welcoming first impression and smooth guest flow. You will coordinate reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists, ensuring accurate wait times and guiding guests to tables.

As a Host, you’ll collaborate with servers and managers, maintain the host stand, and assist with opening/closing duties while upholding Gravity Haus hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with reservation or POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression of the restaurant.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists to ensure efficient seating and guest flow.
• Communicate accurate wait times and seating expectations to guests.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus as appropriate.
