Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Greeter/Desk Attendant for our Goleta location. You will be the first friendly face for guests, manage the waitlist, and handle lane assignments, shoe sizing, and equipment preparation.

You’ll ring up sales and ensure smooth cash control, while addressing any equipment issues with the maintenance team. The role requires strong customer service, a polished phone etiquette, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
