Towne Park in Miami, FL seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and guiding guests with directions and local information. The role requires a friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills.

Greet guests, explain rates, and manage tickets and payments while ensuring safety and efficiency across shifts—7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, Monday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1 month related experience or training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information to guests and colleagues.
• Basic math with money handling.
• Understand 24-hour/military time.
• Understanding rates for time.
• Manual transmission operation desirable.
• Parallel parking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Follow Towne Park phone etiquette and greet guests by last name when possible.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests; manage tickets and key tags.
• Ensure accurate ticketing, vehicle location, damage survey, and revenue collection when applicable.
• Perform all duties with attention to safety and customer satisfaction.
