Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and scanning guest tickets, managing access issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Operate ticket scanners, printers, and other equipment as needed.
• Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain loyalty.
• Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity or designation and direct appropriately.
