Job summary

Choice Hotels International is seeking a Shuttle Driver to ensure 100% guest satisfaction by operating the courtesy shuttle and transporting guests to local destinations. The role offers an hourly wage of $16.00 plus tips and requires excellent guest service and safe driving practices.

You will greet guests, stay informed about hotel services and local attractions, and assist with luggage and shuttle logistics.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver's license with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a delightful, seamless guest experience.
• Greets guests and welcomes them to the hotel.
• Provide shuttle transportation to local destinations on request or on a schedule.
• Follow airport procedures and shuttle traffic rules.
• Log trips and retain fuel receipts per hotel process.
• Load and unload luggage and assist guests as needed.
• Maintain contact with front office and other drivers via radio.
