You will be the friendly face behind the wheel, welcoming guests and assisting with luggage while upholding our standards of reliability and guest satisfaction.

The role offers full-time shifts from early morning through evening, including weekend coverage, with opportunities for tipping and professional development through on-the-job

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for operating passenger vehicles.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Strong knowledge of local driving routes, GPS navigation tools, and state traffic regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate airport shuttle van for guest arrivals and departures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, and addressing questions professionally.
• Maintain adherence to traffic regulations, state transportation laws, and safety protocols during every trip.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure shuttle vehicles are in excellent working condition.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members via radio or other communication devices to coordinate schedules and address issues promptly.

Summary

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Shuttle Driver, where your energetic and professional driving skills will ensure guests experience seamless, safe, and friendly transportation to and from our hotel. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service, navigational expertise, and driving proficiency while representing our commitment to guest satisfaction. As a Shuttle Driver, you'll be the friendly face behind the wheel, delivering reliable service on local routes and ensuring every passenger feels valued and comfortable throughout their journey.

Shifts run 5am - 1pm, and 4pm - 12am. We are currently looking for a full‑time PM driver (5‑days weekly), part‑time PM driver (2‑days weekly), and a part‑time weekend AM driver (Sat/Sun).

Duties

• Safely operate our airport shuttle van for guest arrivals and departures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage handling, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
• Maintain adherence to all traffic regulations, state transportation laws, and safety protocols during every trip.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure shuttle vehicles are in excellent working condition.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members via radio or other communication devices to coordinate schedules and address any operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for operating passenger vehicles
• Must be 21+
• Strong knowledge of local driving routes, GPS navigation tools, and traffic regulations at the state level.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds to assist with luggage loading
• Prior experience in heavy lifting, local driving routes, or client communication enhances your suitability for this role.
