Job summary

The Madison Concourse Hotel in Madison, WI is seeking a Part-Time Bell Person to deliver exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include shuttle transportation, luggage assistance, lobby presence, and sharing local tips, with weekend shifts and shifts starting as early as 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Base pay plus tips ranges from $15 to $19 per hour, with a guaranteed up to $16.50 per hour. CDL is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Transportation: Shuttle guests to downtown destinations and share tips.
• Luggage Assistance: Help guests with luggage and store it securely.
• Warm Welcome: Greet guests in the lobby with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge Sharing: Provide hotel amenities info and local directions.
• Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols during transport and luggage handling.
• Other duties as assigned
