Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Madison Central is hiring for multiple positions across full-time and part-time schedules, including weekends and weekdays. The role centers on delivering exceptional guest service, operating the hotel shuttle safely, and maintaining overall property upkeep.

Ideal candidates show strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills, with a willingness to train new associates.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver’s license is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of business and financial matters.
• Good interpersonal, courteous, tactful and patient behavior with staff, management, guests and vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations or ability to learn quickly.
• Dedicated, hard-working and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and support brand goals.
• Safely operate the hotel shuttle, following speed limits and defensive driving.
• Report vehicle issues to management promptly (brakes, wipers, lights, tires).
• Maintain security by ensuring doors are locked.
• Advertise the benefits of loyalty programs to guests.
• Clean and maintain common areas and equipment across the property.
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure shuttle cleanliness and readiness.
• Support event setup, stocking and breakdown activities as assigned.
• May drive a vehicle for hotel errands and training new associates.
