Qualifications

• Willingness to work midday to evening hours, weekdays and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and professional services to all hotel guests.
• Greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage as needed.
• Operate shuttle vehicle safely and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist with front desk tasks during busy periods and answer phones.
• Coordinate luggage storage and guest room deliveries as required.
• Support overall front office operations to deliver exceptional hotel services.
