Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Part-time Bell Person in Bethesda, MD. You will assist guests with luggage, guide them to rooms, and explain hotel facilities while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby.

Shifts are mainly evenings, weekends, and holidays. You may assist with airport pickups when needed and must maintain an excellent driving record. This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Show guests to room and assist with their luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours of operation, and answer questions about facilities and other hotel services.
• Check luggage for day and overnight.
• Maintain the lobby, bellstand, and baggage room; keep lobby area clean.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms.
• Perform airport pick ups/drop-offs for guests and inspect vehicles; ability to drive vans/limousines.
