Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Kentucky (Springlee area) is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver friendly, efficient hospitality and parking services to guests. You will assist with luggage, help guests with directions and reservations, and ensure safe vehicle handling.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Training includes Towne Park etiquette, ticketing, and basic cash handling; prior parking or

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work.
One month related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and write standard English.
Ability to perform basic math using dollars and cents.
Ability to understand 24-hour time systems and rates.
Operating a manual transmission is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local area amenities.
Explain parking rates and issue tickets/collect payments accurately.
