Towne Park in Tampa, FL is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality to guests during arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information with a welcoming attitude.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one month of related experience. The role offers hourly pay with tips and a schedule of AM/PM shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license required.
• One month related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to handle guest interactions professionally.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and staff.
• Greet guests using their last name with a professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and local area information.
• Explain parking rates and manage tickets and revenue as needed.
• Perform all duties with alignment to schedule and procedures.
