Job summary

Shepherd of the Hills Development LLC is seeking a Guest Service Ticketing Team Member to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will sell tickets for the Adventure Park and dinner shows, assist guests in person and by phone, and manage the gift shop with accurate POS operations.

The role requires a warm, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of interactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong verbal communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional, guest-focused attitude.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets for Adventure Park attractions and dinner shows (in person and over the phone).
• Process ticket transactions and issue receipts, confirmations, and tickets.
• Promote packages, upgrades, and offers to enhance guest experience.
• Greet guests and provide information about attractions, pricing, policies, and amenities.
• Assist guests with directions and general property navigation.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Process gift shop sales and maintain displays.
• Maintain clean, organized ticketing counter and gift shop; assist with opening/closing duties.
