Job summary

Bonita Bay Club is seeking a Sports Center Associate to provide frontline member service at the Front Desk within the Sports Center. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, and you will participate in retail activities of the tennis and pickleball pro shop, including inventory management and promotions.

You will assist in event coordination, manage weekly recurring events, and help with on-court member play when required while maintaining the tennis court reservation

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be in compliance with a Drug-Free Workplace.
• Flexibility with schedule.
• Moderate computer skills.
• Understanding of Tennis, Croquet, or Pickleball is helpful.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to members and guests at the Front Desk.
• Participate in retail activities of the tennis and pickleball pro shop, including inventory management, merchandising, sales and promotions.
• Assist in event coordination, including weekly recurring men’s, women’s, and mixed events.
• Assist with on-court member play when required and maintain the tennis court reservation system and records.
• Provide tennis product knowledge to assist members and guests in the tennis shop.
