Bonita Bay Club is seeking a Part-Time Outside Sports Attendant to help keep our Sports Center running smoothly and ensure members have a great experience. You will maintain 16 Har-Tru tennis courts and 15 pickleball courts, assist with pool deck setup, towels, and guest check-ins, and support croquet and special events in a lively, resort-style environment.

This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities on-site in Bonita Springs, Florida, with an emphasis on high customer service,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to spend long hours on feet in humid environments.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Be organized and accurate.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsabilités

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE SPORTS STAFF:

As a Part-Time Outside Sports Attendant, you will clean and maintain 16 Har-Tru tennis courts and 15 pickleball courts. You will set up and break down the deck of our wave-less edge resort-style pool. Responsibilities will include pool attendant duties such as washing and folding towels, distributing towels, and checking in members. You will assist with croquet and special events that occur at our 15,000-square-foot Sports Center. You will have light custodial duties in the locker rooms. You will enjoy working with a variety of people in a festive and fast-paced environment and be proud of the part you play in making sure everyone has a great experience!
