Job summary

Bonita Bay Club is seeking a Front Desk Associate for the Sports Center to deliver outstanding member service and support in a premium Florida club setting.

You will help in tennis/pickleball shop operations, assist with event coordination, and support on-court play while maintaining the reservation system and records. A friendly, knowledgeable approach supports memberships and enhances the club experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must comply with a Drug-Free Workplace.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Moderate computer skills required.
• Understanding of tennis, croquet, or pickleball helpful.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service as the first point of contact for members and guests.
• Participate in tennis/pickleball pro shop retail activities: inventory, merchandising, sales and promotions.
• Assist in event coordination for weekly member events (men’s, women’s, mixed).
• Assist with on-court member play when required and maintain reservation records.
• Provide tennis product knowledge to members and guests in the shop.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPORTS CENTER ASSOCIATE:

As a Front Desk agent in the Sports Center, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service and support to members of Bonita Bay Club. You will most likely be the first person that our members and guests see when they walk in, so it is your chance to leave a great and long-lasting first impression of our facility. You will take part in retail activities of the tennis and pickleball pro shop, including inventory management, merchandising, sales, and promotions. You will assist in event coordination, including weekly recurring men's, women's, and mixed events. You will assist with on-court member play when required and maintain the tennis court reservation system and related records.
