Job summary

The Ahwahnee, Yosemite's crown jewel operated by Aramark, seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee the Guest Services Department and coordinate at the conference center, ensuring a world-class guest experience.

Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, you will supervise staff, coordinate registrations and transportation, and train Front Desk/Concierge personnel while maintaining smooth operations across check-in/out and guest communications. This on-site hourly role pays $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of personal computers.
• Experience in all facets of providing guest services.
• Must be able to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others.
• Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Guest Services Support Staff in providing 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinates registration functions and transportation for all guests.
• Trains Front Desk/Concierge staff using Aramark programs and client guidelines.
• Oversees front desk and concierge tasks to ensure world-class service.
• Manages check-in/check-out processes and lobby operations.
• Oversees guest orientation and PBX/telephone service.
• Handles guest communications, mail, and special deliveries.
• Coordinates reservations for guest transportation and use of the property system.
• Designs and implements training to ensure staff knowledge and safety.
• Orders, stores, and inventories daily operation supplies.
• Communicates with all departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
