Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and team members. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, a solid grasp of retail operations, and the ability to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

You should be comfortable with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays, and be proficient with a calculator and computer. A background check is required; Pay starts between $16.50 - $24.87 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required
