Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for the Long Beach Amphitheater. You will oversee front of house, guest services, and security, coordinating event-related guest services and security in partnership with the Operations Manager.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience. The role is part-time hourly, non-exempt, with a competitive benefits package and on-site location in Long Beach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years related experience or training.
• Ability to plan, organize and supervise staff and activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house, guest services and security per facility needs.
• Coordinate event-related guest services and security as needed.
• Assist with budget prep and monitor allocations.
• Maintain relationships with security personnel and safety orgs.
• Prepare payroll records and periodic management reports.
• Handle complaints and incidents and provide follow-up.
