Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Director of Operations for the Long Beach Amphitheater. This full-time role involves overseeing the entire operations department, ensuring smooth operations of events and managing logistics effectively.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while supervising a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a similar facility.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises all aspects of Operations including event services and security.
• Coordinates operations with various departments to ensure smooth event execution.
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance schedules and safety policies.
