Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join our Operations team at the Long Beach Amphitheater. This part-time, non-exempt role pays $30.25–$32 per hour and reports to the Operations Manager.

You will oversee front-of-house guest services and security, assist with budget planning and payroll, resolve guest issues, and supervise staff, contractors, and safety personnel during events. Location: On Site. Excellent communication, incident reporting, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience or training.
• Experience in front-of-house operations and guest services.
• Ability to manage budgets and payroll.
• Strong communication and incident handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house, guest services, and security related to the facility and grounds.
• Coordinate event-related guest services and security when needed.
• Assist with budget preparation and track allocation.
