Job summary

Legends Global’s Long Beach Amphitheater is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional hospitality at events. You will engage guests, assist with directions, ticketing, and information, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment across box office and information booths.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of guest services experience; strong communication, cash handling, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of guest services or related experience preferred.
• Experience with live entertainment or venue operations preferred.
• Able to work flexible evenings, weekends, and event hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Assist guests with directions, seating, and event information.
• Support ticketing operations at box office and information booths.
• Process ticket purchases and provide accurate information on policies.
• Escalate issues as needed to maintain guest satisfaction.
