Holiday Inn Express Seattle Downtown – Lake Union is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to deliver outstanding guest service and lead front desk staff. This role requires supervisory experience and strong customer service in a hospitality setting, with flexibility for mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have some supervisory experience.
• Some customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle guest requests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests.
• Provide training to front office staff as directed by Management.
• Assign duties to Guest Service Representatives and observe performance to ensure adherence to franchise standards, hotel policies, and established operating procedures.
• Greet and check guests into and out of the hotel.
• Handle all guest requests and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Must be flexible in schedule: mornings or nights, including weekends and Holidays.
• Answer phones.
