Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management in South San Francisco, CA seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee daily front office operations, including guest reception, reservations, and telephone services, ensuring high guest satisfaction. You will supervise front desk staff and support the Guest Services Manager to uphold service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with flexibility for nights/weekends, and proficiency in Outlook/Word/Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have flexibility to work nights and weekends.
Ability to read and write fluent English.
Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Train and monitor front office staff with the Guest Services Manager.
Monitor Guest Service Scores daily and improve satisfaction through coaching and problem resolution.
Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance requests and with Housekeeping for room issues.
Assist with reservations and check-ins/outs using the hotel software system.
Post charges and handle payments for hotel charges.
