Job summary

Hotel Hive in Washington, DC, part of Modus by PM Hotel Group, is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office team. The role is on-site, full-time, non-exempt, pay rate $20/hour. You will provide exceptional guest service, share local knowledge, and assist front office leaders.

Availability for various shifts (7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm) is required; a bachelor’s degree or current pursuit is preferred. We foster a youthfully vibrant culture with opportunities for growth, competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Open availability required to work various shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, weekdays, weekends and holidays).
• Bachelor degree or currently pursuing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to guests.
• Live like a local. Have and share your knowledge of the neighborhood and city.
• Think on your feet, use good judgement and problem solve in a fast paced environment.
• Provide support to Front Office Leaders and entire hotel team.
• Create a warm and welcome atmosphere.
