Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group seeks a Guest Services Supervisor at Golden Mesa Casino Hotel in Guymon, OK. Lead the front desk team to deliver legendary service from check-in to check-out.

You will train staff, monitor guest satisfaction, and collaborate with other departments to fulfill requests and resolve issues, while managing scheduling and cash handling. A dynamic, customer-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain Gaming badge (if applicable).
• Ability to obtain ABLE license (if applicable).
• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, guest services or front desk operations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance per dress code.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
• Stand and work for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations and concierge services.
• Train, mentor and coach front desk staff to deliver outstanding service and follow policies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly to ensure retention.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll and performance management for front desk staff.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences to personalize service.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, reconcile cash drawers and prepare deposits.
• Stay updated on hotel amenities and local attractions to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to improve satisfaction, efficiency and revenue.
