Job summary

The Briad Group is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor for the Residence Inn & Courtyard Central Islip in Central Islip, NY. This full-time role requires supervising front desk operations at a Marriott-branded property and ensuring excellent guest service.

Ideal candidates will be available nights, weekends, and holidays, with prior front desk or operations leadership experience and brand familiarity. The position includes competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• This is a FULL TIME Supervisor position.
• Must be fully available, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous Front Desk Supervisor, Front Office Manager, or Operations Manager experience preferred.
• Experience in the local market a PLUS.
• Previous brand experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED.
