Legends Bay Casino in Sparks, NV seeks a Guest Services Relief Supervisor to manage cash and gaming operations in the Cage. You will supervise front line cashiers, perform fills, credits, and chip/ticket exchanges, balance assigned banks, and ensure accurate reporting to the Cage Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior supervisory and cash handling experience, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays in a smoke-friendly environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Previous experience handling cash required.

Responsabilidades

• Process all in-house business including making change, cashing e-tickets and slot payouts.
• Responsible for making bank deposits.
• Balance cage reconciliations daily and log reports.
• Supervise front line cashiers on policies and procedures; assist during peak periods.
• Balance vault and verify unattended drawers; respond to inquiries from guests.
