Qualifications

• Minimum six months guest service experience and cash handling, preferably in a casino.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently; excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills including Excel; 10-key by sight or touch.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally on the casino floor as scheduled.
• Provide timely, friendly service and resolve guest inquiries and complaints when possible.
• Perform cash transactions of gaming and monetary instruments and maintain accurate records.
