Job summary

JACK Entertainment LLC is seeking a Casino Cashier Supervisor to oversee daily cashiering operations across front-line and bank areas, manage staffing, and ensure transactional integrity.

The role requires 1–2 years cash handling experience and 1 year supervisory experience, plus a High School diploma or GED. You will coach teammates, resolve guest concerns, and uphold safety and service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee casino cashiering operations on front line, specialty banks, main bank and redemption areas.
• Review and approve check-cashing transactions as required; monitor cash drawers and variances.
• Train new team members and update staff on procedures and policies.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for the casino cashiering team.
• Maintain high service standards and resolve guest complaints per procedures.
