• 1–2 years in a hotel guest services or supervisory role.
• Experience running shifts, scheduling, performance management, and guest service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21+ and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bell and Valet operations and staff scheduling.
• Monitor guest arrivals/departures and adjust staffing based on occupancy.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure service recovery.
• Maintain safety, vehicle handling, and incident reporting.
