Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners at Willamette Pass Resort in Crescent Lake Junction, Oregon, seeks a friendly guest services associate for a seasonal role. You will greet guests, help with ticket and season pass purchases, gear rentals, and snow school redemptions to start their day on the mountain.

Respond to emails, manage lost and found, and coordinate with other departments while keeping an upbeat, outdoor-ready attitude. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of skiing and winter activities preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Capable of working in fast-paced outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Assist guests with ticket, season pass purchases, equipment rentals, and snow school redemptions.
• Respond to guest emails promptly and helpfully.
• Handle lost and found items, ensuring secure storage and return.
• Be the point of contact for guest concerns and resolve them promptly.
• Complete opening/closing procedures; assist other departments as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and respond to their queries in a professional, efficient manner.
• Assist guests with ticket purchases, season pass purchases, equipment rental pickups, and snow school lesson redemptions.
• Respond to guest email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their questions are answered.
• Handle lost and found items, ensuring they are securely stored and returned to their rightful owners when claimed.
• Be the point of contact for any guests with concerns and resolve the concerns in a timely manner.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for multiple areas. Assist in any other department or with any other duties, as assigned or needed.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of skiing and other winter activities is preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
