The Point Surf Park in Fellsmere, Florida is seeking friendly Guest Services Team Members to help create a welcoming and organized experience. You will assist with check-in, waivers, payments, reservations, retail, and guest questions across the property.

You’ll stay calm during busy periods, communicate clearly, and help guests feel prepared and excited for their visit. A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

• Explain session timing, meeting locations, facility information, and park expectations clearly.
• Answer guest questions and help guests feel prepared and excited for their experience.
• Process payments, merchandise transactions, bookings, discounts, and adjustments within authorized limits.
• Maintain accuracy when working with reservations, waivers, payments, guest information, and shift notes.
