The Point Surf Park in Fellsmere, Florida is seeking friendly Guest Services Team Members to help create a welcoming, organized guest experience across check-in, waivers, payments, reservations, and retail. You will support daily operations and answer guest questions, ensuring smooth sessions and positive interactions.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay calm during busy periods, and pay close attention to details.

Formación

• Friendly, professional, and respectful communication.

• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and accurate during busy periods and difficult guest interactions.
• Strong attention to detail when handling reservations, waivers, payments, and guest information.
• Basic computer, POS, payment-processing, and office-equipment skills; ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests promptly and direct them to the right place or next step.
• Assist with reservation check-in, waivers, payments, participant information, session details, and rental needs.
• Explain session timing, meeting locations, facility information, and basic park expectations clearly.
• Answer guest questions and help make sure they feel prepared and excited for their experience.
• Assist with routine guest concerns and involve a Lead when an issue requires an exception or additional support.
