This hands-on role covers daily inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, authorized repairs, and water-quality and filtration monitoring across park operations. Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance, facilities, mechanical, pool, water-treatment, or related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how systems work.
• Experience with inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, pumps, filtration, plumbing, or facility systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain equipment including wave systems, filtration, pumps, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and authorized repairs.
• Monitor readings, alarms, leaks, and safety conditions.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot problems within training and authority.
