Job summary

Holiday-Inn-Express-and-Suite in Fulton, MS is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to manage reservations, check guests in and out, and assist with guest needs during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Assist with check-in/check-out processes, including payments and issuing keys.
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries promptly.
• Assist with organizing and setting up events and meetings.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism.
• Perform light cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
