Publix Sports Park is seeking a part-time Guest Services Team Member to greet guests, provide information, and handle registrations and payments. The role requires excellent communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and weekend availability from August through May with June–July flexibility.

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred or quick study
• Weekend availability Aug–May; both weekday and weekend in Jun–Jul
• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc.
• Operate ticket sales booth and handle cash
• Supervise athletic fields and enforce rules during events
• Record event scores and print game sheets
• Maintain venue cleanliness and enforce policies
• Resolve guest concerns and direct to the appropriate Manager
